With "New Growth" as the theme for their 2006 Annual Report, the Gardens sought to highlight five major components of their new Master Plan that will be developed in the coming years. Stop Studios devised an intimate 6"x 9" perfect-bound book that set a conversational tone. Each major section is denoted by a full-page photograph featuring one of the five Master Plan components. We juxtaposed a modern and a classic typeface to suggest the Gardens' movement towards a future rooted in its rich history. An architectural rendering of the complete Master Plan as a 2-page gate-fold pullout enabled the Gardens' readership to visualize the particular elements mentioned in the Annual Report.
